What information we collect
The only way we receive personal information is through the Report this listing form on individual pharmacy pages. That form collects:
- Your report message (required)
- Your email address (optional — only if you choose to provide it so we can follow up)
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not collect IP addresses beyond what our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs as part of normal web hosting.
How we use it
Report submissions are used solely to review and update pharmacy listings in the directory. If you provided an email address, we may reply to your report. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your details with third parties.
Data retention
Report messages are retained only as long as needed to action the correction, after which they are deleted. We do not maintain a database of user submissions beyond what is needed for this purpose.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Links to Google Maps on listing pages will direct you to Google's services; Google's own privacy policy applies when you follow those links. We have no other third-party integrations on the public site.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you may request access to, or correction of, any personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, or to ask us to delete a report submission, contact us at [email protected].
